Care provided by Canadian Board-Certified Dermatologists
Dermatologists complete 4 years of medical school, and then 5 years of specialized dermatology-only training. Without question, they are the highest-qualified skin specialist in any industry. Why trust anyone else with your skin?

Safe & full care with live video visits
As Dermatologists, we understand the importance of providing personalized care, no matter the skin concern. And, of course, sometimes acne isn't just simply acne. Our virtual visits are live audio/video calls where we can safely and thoroughly understand and discuss your skin concern. Because your skin concerns deserve more than just an email/text message reply.

Other Telemedicine Companies:

Maple is a telemedicine company that provides general virtual care, with dermatology services being one of their features. None of their services are covered by OHIP/MSP/AHS or any public provincial plans (e.g. you have to pay out-of-pocket). Their dermatology service is via text/photo submission only, and does not include a live video call with a Dermatologist. There is no detailed website profile on their Dermatologist.

Felix is a telemedicine company that provides a few services, such as specific acne or allergy prescriptions, not a comprehensive or personalized visit. None of their services are covered by OHIP/MSP/AHS or any provincial plans (e.g. you have to pay out-of-pocket). Their dermatology service is via text/photo submission only, and does not include a live video call. Your care is provided by a Family or General Physician, not a Board-Certified Dermatologist.

Other telemedicine companies (e.g. Tia Health) are Family/General Practitioner-based services. Their offered care is not provided by a Board-Certified Dermatologist.
